They went above and beyond to get me in the vehicle I wanted with affordable payments. And they don't stop serving you once you bought the vehicle any time I've had a question or needed something they've been right with me every step of the way. They even reimbursed me for the navigation chip I bought for my new truck. That's what I call customer service!!! Ashley and Bridget found the exact truck we wanted, super clean and low mileage for a killer deal no one could pass up. They worked with us through every obstacle and made our experience the best experience I've ever had at a car dealership. You have your crooks in this world, these people are not that. They even played football with our son while we were doing paperwork! Talk about a friendly environment. I would recommend this place to anyone and everyone! Go see Bridget and Ashley!

We searched everywhere to find vehicles that would fit our family and fit our budget. Our salesman Devin and the General manager Tom did just that. They went out of their way to make sure that we were completely satisfied and made sure we left there feeling confident that we made the best choice. We hope to have our vehicles for a long time since we are so in love with them, but we do know that we never know what the future holds. I had never planned on buying a car again from Old Ben from my last experience at the other location however this experience was completely different. I HIGHLY recommend the Old Ben Franklin Alcoa location. Give them a try.. You won't be disappointed!

I do not usually post reviews but I the experience I had was completely different than the a one I had at the Knoxville location. Tom, Doug, Howard and Demario were more than helpful finding me a 3rd row SUV. All staff was friendly and informative. They were not pushy at all. They listened to what I wanted and what worked within my budget. Tom worked very hard to get me a decent interest rate. Thank you.

Car shopping was so easy. Donna Hodges talked to my bank for me. All I had to do was pick a car and sign the papers. I was in need of a car bad and Donna was able to make it quick and easy for me. When we came in to take delivery the staff at Ole Ben Alcoa made us feel great they even gave my grandson a air horn
